Communication is key when it comes to producing your story. We want to know all the ins and outs of your journey as a business owner or professional. That is why our very first step is a meeting with you!

During The First Meeting we discuss who you are as a business. We want to hear your goals, inspiration, and how we as a production company can best help you reach those objectives. We also want to make sure we are a good fit for you.

Great things are never achieved by one person, but by a team of individuals. After learning more about your story we can create a variety of documents to further solidify the project’s direction. Each production, depending on its complexity, will vary in the development documents needed.

Every project needs a plan. After approval of the video’s direction we will discuss the logistics of the production, developing a few pre-production documents to help us along the way.

The Storyboard represents the shots planned for the production, further solidifying the visual elements needed to portray your story. Most productions in need of storyboards will be more narrative driven, rather than a documentary style video.

The Call Sheet for each production day will be provided for all crew members, talent, and the client. This includes the time and place of our shoot days, our crew/talent, any equipment or props needed, and more. This will help communicate the details of the day from a single coherent source. Prior to our production days, our crew will familiarize themselves not only with your business and story, but also with the development and pre production documents.

Now it’s time to put in the work! Our production days will be completely outlined in our call sheet to keep everyone on the same page. Whether it’s a 4 hour day or a 12 hour day, we are dedicated to bringing your vision to life.

This often requires a lot of equipment, which will need an Independent Space to be stored on the day. Depending on the project, we may have another camera operator for behind the scenes footage. This is for our documentation and promotion, but we are more than happy to share if needed.

It’s all coming together now! Post production is the time to sit back and watch your vision become a reality. The first step, the Rough Cut, builds a broad narrative with the captured footage. This is the stage when the music is approved, interview moments are selected, and Broll is layed-out.

Following the rough cut, your first round of revisions allows you to tailor the story to your liking. Next up is the Fine Cut, during which the project is further refined; motion-graphics are assembled, sound-design is arranged, and the color-grade is adjusted.

Another round of revisions closely follows, before the Final Cut is produced. The number of revisions afforded is agreed upon during the project proposal process.
